Where should I park?

Complimentary on-site parking is available for all conference attendees in the hotel parking deck, located under the hotel. The entrance to the deck is located on the far side of the hotel, past the main hotel and conference entrances. Once inside the parking deck, stairs and elevators will provide direct access to the conference entrance.

Which rooms/areas will the events take place in?

All sessions and activities will be held in the Capitol Ballroom.

What is the dress code?

The recommended attire is Business Casual.

What are the registration rates?

What does my registration include?

Your registration fee provides:

What is the cancellation policy?

A refund of the registration fee, minus a 15% non-refundable administrative fee, is available only if written notice of cancellation is emailed to healthofwomen@vcuhealth.org on or before April 29, 2026. No refunds will be issued after this date.
