The Institute for Women's Health presents:

Centering Yourself Through Menopause

Butterfly transformation

An innovative four-week program being offered to the community. The series is designed to provide current information about health issues and changes women experience through this life transition. Education will be provided in a facilitated, interactive group experience.

Topics Covered to Include:

Defining menopause, exploring symptoms, physical, emotional and psychological changes, broader health implications, navigating tools, treatments and options.


  1. Increase knowledge related to menopause transition
  2. Create social support for menopausal women
  3. Provide coping strategies for menopause

Payment needs to be received by: April 24, 2017

The group will be held only with a minimum of 10 people. If we do not have 10 participants we will notify those registered about a rescheduled date for the series.

The first 10 people to register and pay the program fee will receive a confirmation for participation and a reminder the week classes start.

After the first 10 participants have registered and paid, others will be informed the class is closed and will be put on a waiting list for the next group at some future date.

After deadline we will open the class up to those placed on waiting list.
